Practice Manager

  • Heidi

    HeidiHeidi is a recent addition to our practice. She has been involved in the field of Veterinary Medicine for over 8 years. She earned her B.S. degree in Psychology with a minor in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. She has completed the VMC, Inc. School of Veterinary Practice Management and is pursuing her certification in Veterinary Practice Management. Heidi and her husband have 3 wonderful dogs Buddy, Bindi, and Walter and have 2 sweet cats named Meow Meow and Biscuit.

Technician

  • Gay

    Gay has extensive experience in the veterinary field, having worked at Century Animal Hospital in Austin for 24 years.  During her time at Century Animal Hospital, she gained tremendous experience working at a well-regarded facility in all phases of client interaction, patient care, medicine, and surgery.  She has an Associate's Degree in Paramedic Technology at Austin Community College.  After all of her time working with excellent veterinarians, we are fortunate to have her full-time at Cornerstone Animal Hospital.
           
    She lives with her husband Jon and her 3 Great Danes named Cappy, Reagan, Stryker, and two cats named Spanky and Polly.  Gay also spends time with her 3 horses on a daily basis.

  • Ali

    Ali came to Cornerstone Animal Hospital in the Fall of 2007 after moving here from California where she grew up. Ali has been a great addition to our staff and the veterinary profession as she is new to the field, but she is quickly becoming a great technician. Ali has a friendly and helpful demeanor which makes both clients and patients feel at ease, as her 2 dogs Austin and Buda know well. Ali loves to attend high school football games where 1 of her children plays in the band. Ali’s  other two children are in middle school.  Ali also enjoys hiking, sewing and inventing new vegan recipes when she has the free time.

  • Lisa

    Lisa joined Cornerstone in March of 2009. She comes to us with over 10 years of experience as a veterinary technician. Lisa has an associate’s degree in Animal Science and a bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer Science. Her experience includes animal husbandry, assisting in medical and surgical procedures, emergency medicine and client relations.

    Lisa lives in Buda with her husband Allen and son Dustin. Her menagerie of pets include her dog Jack, two cats Willie and Charlie, a few fish and 1 hamster. In her spare time, Lisa’s hobbies include gardening, crafting and watching her son play sports.

 

  • Tabatha

    Tabatha joined Cornerstone Animal Hospital May of 2008. She came to us from Onion Creek Kennels after working there for 3 years and is now a technician with us. Tabatha is currently attending University of Texas studying biology and is looking forward to earning her bachelors degree. She has always loved being around and working with animals and hopes she can continue to do so in whatever career she chooses. Tabatha has 2 Cairn Terriers, two cockatiels and a brood of chickens that all keep her busy when she is not at work.  Tabatha also has a vast interest in health foods and is always on the look out for the latest and greatest information on organic foods.   • Kim

    Kim moved to Texas from California in the winter of 1998.  She has been in the veterinary field since 1994, and since being in Texas she has worked for some great veterinarians. Kim joined Cornerstone Animal Hospital in the spring of 2009 and you'll find her in the front desk area assisting clients or sometimes in the back helping with patients. Kim is kept busy with her husband, 2 kids, 2 cats Norm, and Ruby, and her 2 dogs, Ariel her 3 legged wonder dog, and Sally the dachshund. In down time Kim enjoys watching football, both college (Fight on Trojans!) and NFL, researching family history and traveling back to California to visit with family. Kim
  • Codi

    Codi joined our team at Cornerstone Animal Hospital in February 2011. She recently graduated from Texas State university with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communication Design. She is passionate about illustrating animals. Codi currently volunteers graphic design work to various local animal shelters, in hopes that the overpopulation issue can be solved and pets can find permanent homes. Outside of work, Codi enjoys drawing, pastry arts and photography. Right now, she is happy to have an opportunity to work closely with animals on a daily basis!
    Codi grew up on a farm in Dripping Springs and has always had a soft heart for animals of all sizes. She currently lives in Kyle with her husband Eric and daughter Ryan. Codi also has two VERY spoiled tea-cup chihuahuas, Romeo and Juliet.
